When the same Albania programme should depart more than once, we quote the land pattern that repeats: the route, the hotel level, the guide days and the transport. You keep the brand and the client. This is not a one-off FIT, and it is not a list of separate ground components.

What stays fixed from one departure to the next.
A series is one programme, repeated. The order of the days, the regions, the hotel category and the inclusions are written once. Each date is still checked. If a hotel or a road means one departure cannot follow the pattern, that date is marked in the quotation. It is not quietly replaced.

The same hotel levelThe category is fixed in the series. Rooms are requested again for each date, from hotel partners, and confirmed only when there is space.
What the operator brands
You sell the series under your own name. We prepare and operate the land side.

Ask for net rates or a commissionable price. The price your client sees is yours to set. We do not publish one here.

Guide languages and the wording of the document follow the market you sell to.

You choose the dates to offer. We tell you which of those dates we can support.

A check for each date
Hotel space, a guide in the right language and a suitable vehicle are checked per departure. One open date does not stand in for the others.
One quotation
You receive the shared inclusions, the rate basis, and any date that cannot be confirmed or still needs a decision.
The land pattern the series repeats
These are the pieces inside the fixed programme. They are arranged with partners for each departure.
RouteThe route
North, centre, south, or a shorter city-and-coast line. The order is the same on every date in the series.
HotelsHotels
A category agreed once, then requested for each departure. The quotation names that category.
GuidesGuides
Licensed guides on the days the series includes, in the languages of your market.
TransportTransport
Cars, minibuses or a coach arranged with a transport partner for the party on that date and for the roads.
