Event agencies and companies use Wonder Albania when a meeting, an incentive or a corporate group needs hotels, transport, guides and a programme in Albania. We arrange those services with local partners. Flights stay with you, and we do not operate a congress venue.

When the session is already planned, we can coordinate arrivals, hotels and the hours around it in Albania.
Three programme shapes
Tell us which shape you are selling or hosting. We quote that version, not a generic tour.
A short Tirana meeting
Arrival, hotel nights and transfers around a meeting in Tirana. If you need a room for the session, we request it with a hotel or another partner. We do not run the room ourselves.
An incentive evening or retreat
A private evening, a meal asked of a partner restaurant, or a short stay with one day away from the city. You set the tone and the nights.
A corporate group
A company travelling together on a short land programme: hotels, transport and a guide, paced for the days you have. Put the party size in the brief. We do not set a public limit here.
What the land side can include
These services are arranged and coordinated. They are not assets we own. Anything outside this list stays off the quotation unless you ask for it.

Rooms requested from hotel partners at the level in your brief. The quotation names the category.

Cars, minibuses or a coach arranged with a transport partner, sized for the group and the roads.
GuidesGuides
Licensed guides on the days you need them, in the languages you name.
TablesMeals and evenings
A table or a set meal asked of a partner restaurant when the programme needs it. The meal is arranged, not a place we operate.
What is not included, and what to send first.
International flights stay with your agency. We do not handle air contracts or corporate travel reporting, and we do not add days outside Albania. A meeting space, when you want one, is requested with a partner and confirmed only if it is actually available.

The rate basisAgencies can ask for net rates or a commissionable price. Companies can ask for a quotation of the services in the brief. There is no rate card on this page.
