About this trip

Tour / This

A balanced eight-day Albania introduction linking northern towns, central heritage, southern stone cities and the Ionian coast.

Designed for just over a week, this journey favours variety without rushing every landmark into a single day. Northern traditions set the tone through Kruja and Shkodra, with a guided nature walk in the northern landscape when roads and conditions allow. Central Albania opens through Tirana context and Berat's inhabited castle quarters. The south brings Gjirokastra, the Blue Eye spring, Saranda's waterfront, Butrint and the Riviera road toward Himara before Llogara, Vlora and the return to Tirana. Guided storytelling sits beside scenic pauses and personal time; overnight bases are named by area so the geography stays readable. Rated easy: regular walking on town streets and site paths, not a trek. Book private or join a shared departure when published. All meals are included. International flights are not included.
